Wow! I'm so amazed that you sought me out!
I made wrong choices...but you got me out!
There's no doubt, I wouldn't have made it here,
basking free, in your Son-light, without fear.

I know I walked away so many times.
Made up excuses for my hurt-heart crimes.
Had you not placed those hints along my path,
don't want to think about the aftermath.

I'm very grateful for your patient love.
You show that you are sovereign and above.
When I asked for direction...my path lit!
When I asked for protection...you gave it!

When I needed comfort, your peace appeared.
Your grace is ever-present, surely near!
I'm undeserving! Yet, you've made it clear,
